Basic Facial:

Recommended for normal to dry, sun damaged skin types.

This facial is based on the Classic European Facial. The skin is cleansed with the Green Tea Cleansing Gel and the Clairasonic. Then under steam, the skin is chemically exfoliated with the Prozyme Lite Peel and then manually with the Buffing Grains. While the enzyme peel is steaming, a foot massage is given.

Then minimal extractions are performed (for more extractions the Clinical Facial is recommended). Then a relaxing scalp, face, neck and shoulder massage is performed, before the final skin appropriate mask is applied. While the mask is on, a hand massage is given.
The last step is the application of a skin appropriate serum, the Spin Trap Vitamin C & E Antioxidant, the Totaloe Hydrating Gel and then the Day Treatment Lotion SPF 15.

Clinical Facial:

Recommended for clogged, acne skin types.

This facial has no frills and is intended for individuals that need clinical extractions (blackhead removal).  Some steps are either added or omitted depending on the condition of the skin. Under steam, the Prozyme Forte Peel is used to and soften impaction’s in the follicle to facilitate more effective extractions. Because of the amount of stimulation in this facial there is no massage of the face, neck or shoulders. After the extractions, High Frequency  is used, which omits ozone to kill any bacteria. Last, a soothing anti-inflammatory mask is used to help reduce redness and irritation. Depending on the skin the Exfol-A (Retin-A) retexturizing serum or BP 10% (Benzoyl Peroxide) may be used.
