About Skin's In...
Peggy Lacy started in the beauty business over 20 years ago after
getting her license in cosmetology at San Diego City College.
Her first job in the skin care industry was with Saks 5th Avenue
for Adrian Arpel. After becoming counter manager and skin care
expert for the line, Peggy became a free-lance make-up artist
for many of the cosmetic lines in the department stores during
most of the early 1980's.
Realizing that her true passion was in treating and improving
the skin, Peggy went to work in one of the first skin care salons
in San Diego, Mia Grossman's Inc. This position gave her a chance
to train with one of the best and most respected estheticians
in the industry.
Following
eight years with Mia's, Peggy moved to train with another one
of San Diego's finest, Walden Ashe. Over the next three years,
she continued to develop her skills. Later, she created her own
unique concept of skin care and opened her own business, Skin's
In.
Skin's In opened in Aug. of 1998, and has been successfully built
into one of the most productive skin care treatment centers available.
Peggy strives for results, skin care is a mission with a final
destination of satisfaction. With a dedication to her art, she
continually participates in trade and educational events, with
an emphasis on learning effective treatments without the hype.
Because of her down to earth approach, her clients can always
be guaranteed a truthful and honest approach to managing their
skin care needs.
(Since
moving to Virginia Beach in 2003, Peggy taught for a year at Chrysm
School of Esthetics while building her practice in a fully equipped
room out of her home. She is currently licensed in VA as a Master
Esthetican and a Master Esthetic Instructor.) |
